A.T. Sack Fillers have been manufacturing weighing and filling equipment for over 20 years. The Simplafill System incorporates our experience with customers special requirements during the time, resulting in a range of patented machines which offer accuracy, reliability and economy to the food and process industries. The Simplafill System offers bagging solutions from 10gm to 50kg with standard feed and filling attachments. Machines are available in mild steel or stainless, with paint or epoxy finish as required, providing an attractive range of equipment to choose from.

Many of our orders are repeats from satisfied customers all over the world. Machines have been satisfactory installed in over 40 countries throughout Europe, Africa, Middle East, Australia, North and South America.
Simplafill 2000 Series
The 2000 Series is a range of TWIN HEADED machines with model choice as follows:

All models are available in mild steel with paint or epoxy finish, or stainless steel 304 or 316, and exact specifications to individual customer requirements.
Options
Stainless steel contact parts. Gravity hopper, vibratory feeder or auger fitted hopper. Dust extraction kit for connection to a dust collector. Interlock safety system to give automatic product cut off in emergency situations. Machine height variations. Enlarged feed orifice for large piece products. Slide on filling attachments for open top or valve bags as illustrated.

The 2000 series of twin headed machines are designed to accept product from a continuous production process or bulk storage, especially where the product is not free flowing. The twin heads maximise throughput and flexibility.
Accuracy
In conjunction with all Simplafill machines, the 2000 Series has a patented weighing action which is very sensitive and incorporates a positive feed cut off with product flow controlled within the machine. These features ensure a high degree of accuracy to within the current Weights and Measures Legislation.
Throughput
The versatile 2000 Series is suitable for modest production rates with typical throughputs of 8 x 5-10kg, 5 x 25kg, 4 x 50kg weighments per minute, depending on the model, product, bag type and operator handling time.
Guarantee
Simplafill 2000 machines have a two year spare parts guarantee on the automatic weighing mechanism.
