The NP7A is the perfect machine for closing all kinds of PVC, Jute, Polyprop and Woven bags and sacks. This is the machine that others are compared to.
The Newlong NP7A machines have a built in Tread Trimmer as standard. Quick and easy thread trimming at the end of each bag allows fast throughput of 100 plus bags/sacks per hour, every hour. The Newlong machines also have an 'Oil Pump Lubrication System' which ensures correct oiling of all moving parts, thus ensuring prolonged service life even in the harshest of environments like chemicals and minerals.

Application: This mini sustem is used to close all types of bags (paper, polypropylene, or polyethylene) by plain sewing, for small production. The operator reforms the bag top, feeds it manually into the sewing model FB, guides it and pushes the thread chain into the cutting knives after stiching. The FP is not expanable.
