Excessive dust in the workplace can be highly dangerous on a number of levels. Firstly, although it’s rare, a cloud of concentrated dust is potentially combustible and can, therefore cause explosions so it’s important that companies keep their working environments as relatively dust free as they can to avoid such catastrophes.
However, the most common problem associated with dust in the workplace arises from dust related illnesses which have been found to be one of the major killers in the UK and across the world when it comes to occupational health.
Highly efficient dust and fume extraction is the answer
We offer a range of compact dust /fume extractor units. From the small MS10 at 1 cubic meter per minute to the MS100 at 10 cubic meters per minute capacity. The “MS” range comprises of four sizes, of freestanding machines. Each features a high efficiency centrifugal fan assembly, low velocity clean air exhaust filter, manually operated shaker handle for clearing collected dust from within the filter element and a removable tray for easy disposal of accrued dust.
MS 10 Dust/Fume Extractor
- Semi automatic single filling head linear net weighing and filling machine.
- Colour touch screen with 20 pre set product memory and pneumatic product stop, removable 30 litre buffer hopper, vibratory tray and 4.5 litre weigh pan.
- Suitable for use with surface grinders, finishing machines and other light machinery.
MS 25 Dust/Fume Extractor
- Perfect for use in schools and workshop environments.
- Several inlet positions and sizes are available.
- 1.5HP (1.1kW) 2-pole TEFV motor, driving a highly efficient B.I.B centrifugal fan.
- Easy to operate.
- Filter area of 25ft2 (2.3m2).
- Thermal overload can be fitted and wired in as an optional extra.
MS 50 Dust/Fume Extractor
- Perfect for use in a school or workshop environment.
- Dimensions are: Width 695mm x Height 1185mm x Depth 760mm, (a clearance of 600mm is required to empty the dust tray).
- Inlet box fitted with 1 x 5” DIA inlet as standard, other diameters and several positions are available (see diagram overleaf).

- Perfect for use in schools and workshop environments.
- Several inlet positions and sizes are available.
- Quick to install.
- Quick release cam operated bin release mechanism.
