Sewing remains the ideal solution to close “open mouth” bags of any kind of material (jute, burlap, cotton, paper, poly-lined paper, polyethylene, woven or laminated polypropylene).
Fischbein Mini Sewing Systems can operate manually, semi-automatically, and automatically for small outputs up to 250–300 bags/hour.
When using a Fischbein Portable machine on Mini Systems:
- The stitch length is 7 mm and is not adjustable
- The maximum bag thickness is 7 mm
- The closure is with one thread, stitch type 101
