Weighing and Filling Machine
- Range of seal lengths from 650mm to 1200mm.
- Standard weld width 6mm, up to 20mm available.
- Single heat or double heat jaws for thicker bags.
- Available with the Star MkV or ARTICS control systems.
- Foot switch initiation of the seal cycle with solenoid or pneumatic jaw closure.
- Jaws release automatically upon completion of the sealing cycle.
- Finished in powder-coated mild steel or stainless, up to IP65 rating.

- Height adjustable bag support platform.
- Heavy duty foot switch or single/twin push button initiation.
- Constant heat versions for multi-wall paper bags.

Controls
Star MkV Timer
The Star MkV timer board allows separate setting of the weld and cool cycles on the machine. It has a built-in compensation device to reduce the weld cycle if the machine is being cycled quickly, ensuring more consistent seals.
ARTICS
The Star ARTICS PLC controller can produce identical seal quality every time the machine is used. It does this by controlling the element ribbon temperature as well as seal time. It also comes with a built-in batch counter and a preheat setting to reduce seal time to a minimum.
